1. Free service can only be availed through the registrations on our websites & My UNICORN APP between 1st Jan – 31st Jan 2018.
2. Existing Unicorn Denmart customers will be eligible to avail the free services.
3. Free service will be given as per the availability of our service engineer in your area.
4. Services will be provided free of cost but required spare parts will be charged as per the company price list @ 15% discount*.
5. Regular complaints will be monitored and delivered similarly as being followed presentoly without any hindrance.
6. 3 categories of products have been defined as mentioned below i.e.
a. Office repair – Products need to be sent to Unicorn Denmart head office at Delhi for checking & repairing
b. On site repair - Products will be checked & repaired at customer site only
c. Online support – In the 1 st phase, online support will be provided if complaint remain unresolved even after that, digital sensor need to be sent to Unicorn Denmart head office. In case of opg & cbct, onsite services will be provided
